摘要
对离合器分离凸轮用粉末冶金方式生产中出现的生产流程长,机加工进度缓慢,加工准确性低、精度低,产品检测繁琐等问题进行分析,并通过对离合器分离凸轮模具设计进行改进及对其工艺进行优化,使得产品径向孔1次成形,达到提高精度、改善产品质量、缩短生产流程、减少不合格品的目的。
The problems that long production process,slow progress,low accuracy and precision of machining,complex product testing of clutch detaching cam produced by powder metallurgy method were analyzed.The clutch detaching cam mold design was improved and the process was optimized.The radial hole can be formed by one time,the accuracy and product quality are improved,the production process is shortened,and the unqualified products are reduced.
