摘要
采用紫外—可见分光光度法对碱水处理后的核桃内种皮中单宁的含量进行测定,结果表明紫外分光光度法测单宁的线性关系良好,回归方程C=0.7697A-0.0055,R2=0.9993,平均回收率为82.69%,该法测定碱水处理后的核桃内种皮中单宁的含量简便、快速、准确。不同处理方法对核桃青皮单宁含量影响由高到低依次为:新鲜的青皮>冷藏放置的青皮>烘干的青皮>经冷冻后又烘干的青皮。
UV-Vis spectrophotometry is used on the determination of the content of tannin in the alkaline treated walnut skin. The results showed that a good linearity was obtained. The regression equation was C=0.7697A-0.0055,R2=0.9993.Average recovery was 82.69%. In a conclusion,this method is simple,rapid and accurate for determining tannin in alkaline treated walnut skin. The successive order of different treatments on walnut peel affecting the tannin content was fresh peel refrigerated peel dried peel frozen-dried peel.
