摘要 采用火焰原子吸收法分析测定几种核桃仁中锌的含量,结果表明,相对标准偏差为1.47%,检出限为0.8mg/kg,回收率在91.8%~108.0%之间,满足国标要求,该方法操作简单,便捷,准确度高,适用于核桃仁中锌元素的含量测定。所测样品中锌的含量存在显著性差异。 Zinc content of different walnuts is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Tdetermination of several walnuts zinc content,the results show that the relative standard deviation was 1.47%,the detection limit of 0.8mg/kg,and the recovery between 91.8% and 108%.,This method meets the requirement of national standard,the method and it is simple,convenient,accurate,suitable for the determination of zinc in walnuts. There were significant differences in the content of zinc in the sample being measured.
