摘要
质量追溯是生产制造执行系统的子系统,对确保产品质量有重要意义.为了克服设备多样性与驱动程序不兼容性导致的信息孤岛,探讨了基于OPC的异构软件系统集成.剖析了正向、反向、纵向与横向追溯系统的复杂性,针对无缝集成难题论述了OPC的技术实质,研究了设备、数据库和应用软件间的数据读取机制,讨论了OPC技术规范的数据交换原理,基于数据访问接口设计了产品质量追溯系统框架.过程监控系统互连成功的工程实践表明,基于OPC的质量追溯系统集成在制造业中有广泛的应用前景.
Quality traceability is a subsystem of production manufacturing execution system ,and it occupies an important position to ensure the product quality in the production .In order to overcome the puzzle of information isolated island caused by the device diversity and the incompatibility of device driver ,the paper hasexplored the integration of heterogeneous software system based on OPC .In the paper ,it hasmade the anatomy of the complexity in forward ,reverse ,vertical and horizontal traceability system ,dissertated the technical essence of OPC aimed at the seamless integration puzzle ,studied on the data access mechanism a‐mong the equipment ,database and application software ,discussed the data exchange principle of OPC technology standard ,and designed the system framework of product quality traceability based on the data access interface .The engineering practice shows that the interconnection is successful to the process moni‐toring system ,and it has a broad prospect of application in manufacturing industry to the system integra‐tion of quality traceability based on OPC .
