统筹背景下城乡体育公共服务居民满意度评价模型构建——以重庆市北碚区为例

On Construction of Evaluation Model for Urban and Rural ResidentsSatisfaction with Public Sports Service on integrated Background

运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法构建了重庆市城乡体育公共服务居民满意度评价模型,研究表明:1重庆市城乡体育公共服务居民满意度评价模型由体育信息传播服务、体育基础设施服务、体育人才指导服务、体育活动开展服务、体育组织管理服务5个满意度维度构成;2根据结构模型原理,构建重庆市北碚区城乡体育公共服务居民满意度评价关联模型,发现5个维度对重庆市北碚区体育公共服务居民满意度的直接效应存在一定差异,从高到低依次为体育人才指导服务满意度(0.82)、体育组织管理服务满意度(0.80)、体育基础设施服务满意度(0.73)、体育活动开展服务满意度(0.71)、体育信息传播服务满意度(0.65).

By means of literature information ,expert interview s ,questionnaire investigation and mathemat‐ical statistics ,a study has been conducted on construction of evaluation model for urban and rural residents satisfaction with sports public service .The results indicates that ：1） the evaluation model contains five a dimension degrees ,by sports information spread service ,sports based facilities service ,sports talent guide service ,sports activities carried out service ,and sports organization management service five a satisfaction degrees dimension degrees constitute;2） according to structure model principle ,Building Chongqing ,Bei‐bei District ,in urban and rural areas sports public service residents satisfaction degrees evaluation associat‐ed model ,there found five a dimension degrees on Chongqing ,Beibei District ,sports public service resi‐dents satisfaction degrees of directly effect size exists must differences ,its associated sequence for sports technical guidance service satisfaction degrees （0 .82）〉sports organization management service satisfaction degrees （0 .80）〉 sports based facilities service satisfaction degrees （0 .73）〉 sports activities carried out service satisfaction degrees （0 .71）〉sports information service satisfaction degrees （0 .65） .
