重庆市青少年网球教练员现状调查及对策分析

On Investigation and Countermeasure for Present Situation of Junior Tennis Coaches in Chongqing

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对重庆市青少年网球教练员的年龄结构、执教年限、运动经历、学历结构、敬业精神、训练情绪等进行调查研究,结果显示:重庆市青少年网球教练员有崇高的敬业精神,年龄结构合理,但存在执教实践经验不足、具有职业运动员背景的教练员较少等问题.针对存在的问题提出了相关建议,拟为教练员队伍发展提供有价值的参考.

By means of documentary method ,questionnaire investigation ,expert interview method ,and mathematical statistics method ,a research has been conducted in this article to analyze the age structure , teaching time ,sports experience ,education structure ,professional ethics ,mood of junior tennis coaches in Chongqing .The result shows that most junior tennis coaches have lofty professional dedication ,and their age structure is reasonable ,w hile some of them are also lack of teaching experience and professional back‐ground .This article gives suggestions not only to solve current problem ,but also to provide valuable in‐formation to help the development of junior tennis coaches .
