摘要 论述了"三实三练,教学做合一"实践能力培养体系提出的背景及其理论基础,构建了这一培养体系遵循的原则和阐述了"三实三练,教学做合一"实践能力培养体系的基本内容以及具体做法,最后论述了在重庆人文科技学院的实践效果.实践表明:"三实三练,教学做合一"实践能力培养体系适合民办高校的情况,对培养大学生实践能力可以收到明显的效果. In this paper ,a discussion has been given onthe background and theoretical basis of practical a‐bility training system titled Three Solidness ,Three Practice and Trinity of teaching ,learning and Prac‐ticing ,andconstruction of Three Solidness ,Three Practice and Trinity of teaching ,learning and Practi‐cing training system been proposedto follow the principles of practical ability and training system the basic content and specific practices ,and finally ,the practical effect in my schoolhas also been discussed .Practice shows that Three Solidness ,Three Practice and Trinity of teaching ,learning and Practicing practical a‐bility training system suitable for the proposed case of private universities ,university students on practical ability can play a significant effect .
