摘要
用三因素三水平正交试验,对影响南瓜多糖提取率的因素:提取时间、提取温度和料液比进行了优化研究。结果显示,影响提取率的主要因素分别为提取温度>料液比>提取时间。最优提取条件为:提取温度为70℃、提取时间为2 h、料液比为1∶2。多糖的最高得率为1.9%。
In this paper,with 3 factors 3 levels orthogonal test,the effect factors of pumpkin polysaccharide extraction yield were optimized: extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio. The results showed that the main factors influencing the extraction rate of extraction were temperature〉 respectively solid-liquid ratio 〉extraction time. The optimal extraction conditions for the extraction were: the temperature 70 ℃,the extraction time 2 h,material liquid ratio 1: 2,and thus the highest yield of polysaccharides 1. 9%.
