非油炸鱼与油炸鱼对大鼠生理的影响

摘要 采用成年(24周龄)雄性SD大鼠,分为对照组、油炸鱼组和非油炸鱼组,饲养8周,检测体重、脏器重、血脂、观察肝、肾、主动脉、精子形态等,以对照组为标准,观察油炸鱼与非油炸鱼制品对机体的影响。结果:与对照组相比,油炸鱼组大鼠体重为526±42.59 g,甘油三酯(TG)为1.51±0.33 mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)为0.33±0.51,均明显增加(P<0.05),肝、肾比重增加,精子畸形;非油炸鱼组大鼠体重平均为492.8±39.59 g,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)为0.82±0.16,较对照组高(P<0.05),肝、肾比重增加不明显。 The adult( 24 weeks old) male SD rats,divided into control group,fried fish group and non fried fish group,after 8 weeks,check body weight,organ weight,blood lipid,liver,kidney,aorta,sperm morphology,in control group as the standard,to observe the effect of non fried fish and fried fish products on the body. Results:compared with the control group,fried fish group rats body weight was 526 ± 42. 59 g,triglyceride( TG) of 1. 51± 0. 33 mmol / L,low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDLC) was 0. 33 ± 0. 51,significantly changed( P 〈0. 05),liver,kidney weight increased,sperm deformity; instead of fried fish rats weight average was 492. 8 ±39. 59 g,high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDLC) was 0. 82 ± 0. 16,both were significantly increased( P 〈0. 05),liver,kidney proportion increases was not obvious.
