食品防腐剂是防止因微生物的作用引起食品腐败变质,延长食品保存期的一种食品添加剂。天然植物源食品防腐剂由于其安全、高效的特点受到广泛关注。主要介绍了天然植物防腐剂的种类及其提取方法,为天然植物源防腐剂的开发和研究提供了参考。
Food preservative is a kind of food additive that can avoid food corruption and prolong the conservancy period of food. Nature food preservatives extracted from plant materials have been widely concerned due to its safe and efficient characteristics. The species of nature food preservatives and their method of extraction have been intro- duced . The study provides evidence for the research and development natural food preservatives from plant.
