摘要
对高白度全棉秆化机浆的制备方法进行了研究,全棉秆碱性过氧化氢化学机械法(APMP)制浆前段采用草酸钠脱果胶预处理代替热水浸泡处理,可以有效提高纸浆的白度(白度达到73.32%ISO),改善纸浆的物理性能。同时,对全棉秆化机浆代替杨木化机浆配抄轻型纸的可行性进行了分析。
The preparation of high-brightness whole cotton stalk chemi-mechanical pulp was researched. The brightness and physical properties of the pulp could be improved efficiently by applying sodium oxalate degumming pretreatment instead of hot water soaking during alkaline peroxide chemi-mechanical pulping (APMP) process. The brightness reached at 73.32%ISO. Meanwhile, the feasibility of making light weight paper with degummed whole cotton stalk APMP pulp replacing poplar P-RC APMP pulp was analyzed.
