摘要
以纸机压榨部压榨辊为研究对象,利用有限元软件对其进行了动力学分析,包括模态分析与谐响应分析。当纸机压榨辊的工作车速为450 m·min^(-1)时,通过模态分析得出压榨辊的第一阶固有频率大于压榨辊的工作频率,因此压榨辊不会发生共振。此外,还进行了压榨辊由于质量不平衡引起的不平衡响应分析,结果显示压榨辊在该工作速度下可长期稳定工作,且在同一位置加载不平衡力时,不平衡力的大小对压榨辊的响应幅值会产生显著的影响。
In this paper, dynamic analyses, including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the press roll of paper machine were carried out using the finite element software. At the design working speed of 450 m min-1 of the press roll, the modal analysis shows the press roll has a first-order inherent frequency larger than its working frequency, an indication of no resonance during operation, The unbalance response analysis of the press roll was also conducted. The result showed that a long-term stability of the press roll can be expected at its design working speed. Moreover, the response amplitude of the press roll is obvious to different unbalanced force.
