石灰水处理烟草浆料对造纸法再造烟叶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用浓度0.04%-0.16%的石灰水溶液,在固液比1:4-1:6、温度25-60℃、时间20-45 min条件下处理烟草固形物料和烟草浆料,以改善片基柔软度和吸收性。结果表明:石灰水处理烟草纤维,提高了造纸法再造烟叶的柔软度和吸收性,又不破坏纤维;同时改善了再造烟叶感官品质,降低了制品的刺激性和杂气。 Using limewater concentration of 0.04%-0.16%, under the condition of the solid-liquid ratio of 1:4-1:6, the treatment temperature of 25-60℃, the treatment time of 20-45 rain, to treat tobacco solid materials and tobacco pulp, in order to improve the softness and absorbability of paper base. The results showed that the limewater treating tobacco fiber can improve the softness and absorbability of papermaking process reconstituted tobacco, does not destroy fiber, and also improves reconstituted tobacco sensory quality, reduces the irritancy and offensive odor of the reconstituted tobacco product.
