摘要
车架横梁在成形时,成形镶块一般采用Cr12Mo V,其表面容易产生"积削瘤",导致横梁异面拉痕,降低横梁的承载力,为了解决这一问题,经过多次实验,发现将钨钢应用到成形模具中,不但避免板料成形过程中与镶块的"粘连",解决了"积削瘤",而且钨钢不易磨损,提高了模具寿命、制件的稳定性及表面质量。
The beam of the frame in the fi)rming, forming inserts the general use of Crl2MoV, its surface is easy to generate "plot aneurysm clipping", leading to the beam and different surfa~'e stretch marks, reduce the carrying eapaeity of the beam, in order to solve this problem, through many experiments, we found thatthe tungsten steel applied to the die, but not awfid the sheet forming processand insert "adhesion", to solve the "plot aneurysm clipping" , and tungslen steel is not easy to wear, improve the stability and service life of the die, the surfaee quality of products.
