旋挖成孔工法在高强岩石地基中应用探析

摘要 在高强度岩石地基桥梁大直径钻孔灌注桩桩基施工中,推广应用先进的旋挖成孔施工工艺具有较为显著的施工效益。该文主要阐述了包括旋挖钻机的技术性能及特点,以及在高强度岩石地基旋挖钻机成孔施工中出现的相应问题的分析总结,并结合重庆高家花园复线桥施工实例,对旋挖钻机在类似地层施工时出现的问题提出了相应的应对措施。 In the large diameter bored piles construction of the bridge with high strength rock foundation, the popularized use of the advanced construc- tion technology of rotary drilling has produced significant benefits. The technical performance and characteristics of rotary drilling rig are elaborated, and the problems in the construction are analyzed and summarized. Combined with the double line bridge construction cases in Gaojiabuayuan, Cbongqing, some corresponding countermeasures are presented for similar projects.
