摘要
就业质量的高低关乎生计、关乎尊严,是人们幸福感的重要来源。为深入了解就业质量对主观幸福感的影响,以浙江省电商人员的就业质量和主观幸福感为主题,利用SPSS20.0、Excel等软件对两者进行了相关性分析,进一步确认就业质量和主观幸福感之间的关系。结果表明,职业发展、岗位适应、人际关系等就业质量指标对主观幸福感有显著正向影响,工作强度对主观幸福感有显著负向影响。针对分析结果,提出政府要建立监管机制,完善社会保险机制;企业要关注员工职业发展,健全福利薪酬制度,充分发挥员工主动性;个人要做好职业规划,根据兴趣爱好以及专业能力要选择岗位等对策,为进一步提高浙江省电商人员就业质量和主观幸福感提供理论依据。
The employment quality which is related with survival, dignity, is an important source of happiness. In order to deeply understand the quality of employment on subjective well-being, the author takes the e-commerce practitioners' employment quality in Zhejiang Province and subjective well-being as the theme, the two are correlation analyzed through SPSS20.0, Excel and other softwares. The relationship between the quality of employment and the subjective sense of happiness is further confirmed. The results show that the indicators like career development, job adaptability, interpersonal relationship and employment quality have significant positive influence on subjective well-being, while job intensity has a significant negative impact on the subjective sense of happiness. According to the results of analysis, the author puts forward that the government should establish a supervision mechanism, and perfect social insurance mechanism; and enterprises should pay attention to employee career development, perfect salary system, and give full play to their initiatives; at last the practitioners need to set a career plan based on their interests and professional ability to choose the position and so on, to further provide the theoretical basis for improving the quality of employment of e-commerce and subjective well-being in Zhejiang Province.
