摘要
检测发动机冷却液中的抗腐蚀剂-亚硝酸根和钼酸根离子的浓度对维持发动机冷却系统的正常工作尤其必要。本文研究了盐酸萘乙二胺法测定冷却液中亚硝酸根离子浓度,没食子酸-硫酸羟胺法测定钼酸根离子浓度,然后制成显色纸片固定于基板。提供了一种检测冷却液中亚硝酸根离子和钼酸根离子浓度的测试盒的制作工艺。
The test kit has been designed to help monitor and maintain the engineJs cooling system. Maintaining proper nitrite and molybdate levels are critical to preventing pitted liners. A superhigh sensitive method is established for determination of nitrite based on N-(1- Naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydroehloride and P-aminobenzenesul phonic acid, and the method for determination of molybdate based on trihydroxylbenzoic acid and hydroxylamine sulfate. The impregnated paper is dried and cut into small pieces and glued to plastic strip. The paper introduced a kind of preparation technology of test strip for measuring the lever of nitrite and molybdate anion in engine coolant.
