反渗透系统物理阻垢试验及经济分析

摘要 由于各种反渗透化学药剂阻垢剂在使用中受水中的硬度、碱度、铁离子、浊度等影响各不相同,所以采用化学药剂阻垢剂相应控制要求较高,控制或选用药剂不当对反渗透膜的寿命影响很大。普遍使用的阻垢剂均为含磷药剂,加入系统后均有一定的阻垢效果,但同时也带来产生磷酸钙、滋生有机物等问题,而且随浓水排入河流,会造成河流水体的富营养化。所以需选择其他的阻垢方法以取代化学药剂阻垢剂的使用,通过实验研究采用物理水处理技术引入到反渗透制水系统中,取代或部分取代阻垢剂等水处理化学药剂的使用,解决反渗透制水系统的膜污染结垢问题,同时降低药品损耗、减少对环境的污染。 Due to different influence of the hardness, alkalinity, iron ions and turbidity of water to various chemical reverse osmosis scale inhibitors in use, adopting chemical scale inhibitor demands higher corresponding control, and improper control or improper selection of drugs would have a greatly bad influence on the life of reverse osmosis membrane. As commonly used scale inhibitors all contain phosphorus chemicals, when playing a part in scaling after joining the system, they create the problems such as calcium phosphate and breeding ground for organic matter, and lead to eutrophication of water bodies with dense water pouring into the river. Therefore, there is a need to choose other anti-scaling methods to replace tile use of chemical scale inhibitors. Physical water treatment technology, which has been through experimental study, is introduced into the reverse osmosis waier system, replacing or partly replacing the use of scale inhibitors and other water treatment chemicals and thus solving the problem of scaling and fouling of membrane in reverse osmosis water system, and reducing the loss of drugs and the pollution to the environment simultaneously.
