高职教育服务区域经济的实施路径探析

Exploration and Analysis on the Implementation Approach of Serving Regional Economy by Higher Vocational Education

本文从供需角度分析了高职教育对区域经济的依存关系,提出现阶段高职教育服务区域经济存在的几点问题,即学校的办学方向需明确,运作模式需调整,师资力量需提高,教学特点需鲜明,重点探析了高职教育服务区域经济的路径选择,即明确地方建立高职教育的根本目的;理清职业教育的基本规律,提升办学水平;创新人才培养模式;以职业教育为就业教育,体现地方特色。

this paper analyzes the dependence relationship between higher vocational education and regional economy from the perspective of supply and demand.It points out several problems which exist currently in the process of serving regional economy by higher vocational education,namely,clarifying the school-running directions,adjusting operational patterns,enhancing teachers＇ qualities and distinguishing teaching characteristics.It focuses on exploring and choosing the approach of serving regional economy by higher vocational education,namely,defining the fundamental purposes of establishing higher vocational colleges in local areas;raveling out the underlying principles of the vocational education to enhance school-running quality;innovating personnel training modes;taking vocational education as employment education and reflecting local characteristics.
