在高职院校后勤改革攻坚阶段,加强对师生员工的政治思想教育,强化对后勤服务的监督管理,决定着后勤改革的成败。面对高职院校后勤体制改革取得的成果、现状和问题,高职院校后勤改革攻坚阶段必须加强师生员工思想教育,建立高职院校后勤教育管理与监督控制相结合的机制,通过协调市场化运作与服务师生、员工利益间的矛盾,把握改革进入深水区后竞争与服务的危险点,具有重要意义。

In the crucial period of the logistics reform in colleges,it is an important task to promote the political and ideological education of students and staff and strengthen the supervision and management of logistics services.Since they are decisive for the success of the reform,college leaders must analyze the success,current situations and problems during this process and stick to the task so as to solve the contradiction between market operation and services for teachers and students and the interests of employees.It is also of great significance to find and solve the contradiction when the reform comes to a deeper level.
