摘要
本研究的目的是为了编制高职学生顶岗实习心理压力源量表。通过开放性问卷调查、对大学生心理咨询个案的分析和对高校实习指导教师、企业实习管理人员及实习生的访谈,确定了条目,通过探索性因素分析进行项目的筛选和因子的提取,再用另一半被试进行了验证性因素分析。确定顶岗实习生压力源量表由28个条目组成,7因素结构。源量表的信效度基本符合心理测量学的要求。
The purpose of this study was to make the psychological stressor scale for college students in internships.We determined the items through open questionnaires,the case analysis of psy-chological counselings from college students and interviews to college internship instructors,internship management personnel in enterprises and interns,then we filtered the items and extracted the factors by exploratory factor analysis,the other half were used for confirmatory factor analysis.Results showed that the psychological stressor scale for college students was composed by 28 items and seven factor struc-tures.The reliability and validity of this scale basically accord with the psychometric requirements.
