摘要
医学生道德教育目的应是树立"医者仁心"的大爱素养,而非对医生职业望而生畏。反思医学院校医学人文教育之伤,挖掘医学道德教育何以"接地气",以期有效培养医学生职业信念和道德诉求。职业道德是医生守护生命的良心限度。事实并不像媒体对医生批判的那样,而是大部分医生是愿担当社会责任的,不愿被"道德绑架"。呈现医患间的问题与矛盾,理性分析现代医患关系,使之成为激发医生自律的方式和医学生价值观教育的积极因素。医学生价值观教育应作为职业发展的自我需求,通过教育使道德认知从他律转化为自律,塑造有理想、有担当的现代医学生。
The purpose of moral education for medical students is to cultivate students' accomplishment of love, rather than afraid of the medical career. Reflecting the issues of humanistic education of medical students, the author tried to figure out the effective methods of moral education for medical students. Professional morality is the conscience limitation for doctors to take care of life. The fact is not like the media reports. Most of the doctors are willing to fulfill the social responsibility but do not want to be kidnapped by morality. This article aims to present the problems and contradictions between patients and doctors, and analyze of modern doctor-patient relationship rationally, which can be the way of stimulating the self-discipline of doctors and influence factors of medical students' values education. Medical students' values education should be a requirement of professional development, through the education transformation of moral cognition from heteronomy to self-discipline and shaping the modern medical students' ideality and responsibility.
