活性蓝染料结构与杨木单板染色性能的关系 被引量:7

Relations among different structure of reactive blue dyes and poplar dyeing properties

摘要 本研究以活性蓝X-BR、活性蓝K-3R、活性蓝KN-R、活性蓝M-BE、活性蓝M-2GE、活性蓝EF-3G染料为原料,通过紫外-可见分光光度法研究它们的结构跟颜色、在杨木单板染色中的特征参数S、E、R、F值、上染率和固色率曲线之间的关系。实验结果表明:活性染料发色体共轭体系的长度越长,供、吸电子基团协调作用越大,空间位阻越小,水溶液的最大吸收波长越大,产生深色位移。染料对木材纤维亲和力S值的大小排序为:活性蓝KN-R>活性蓝X-BR>活性蓝K-3R>活性蓝M-BE>活性蓝M-2GE>活性蓝EF-3G;R、E和F值的大小比较:活性蓝M-BE>活性蓝M-2GE>活性蓝EF-3G>活性蓝X-BR>活性蓝KN-R>活性蓝K-3R。含有单一含氯均三嗪活性基染料的上染率先随时间的延长而增大,在加碱后10 min内立即降低,随后又增大,含有β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯活性基染料的上染率都随时间的延长而增大;固色率都随时间的延长而增加,在固色30min后保持不变。 The relationships were studied by UV-visible spectrophotometry method among the structure of reactive blue X-BR, reactive blue K-3R, reactive blue KN-R, reactive blue M-BE, reactive blue M-2GE, reactive blue EF-3G and their colors, poplar dyeing characteristic parameters — S, E, R and F values, exhaustion curves and fixation curves. The results show that the longer the length of reactive dye chromophore of conjugated system was, the more coordinating role of donating and withdrawing electron groups had, the smaller the space steric hindrance was, and the larger the wavelength of maximum aqueous absorption was, thereby resulting in a dark shift; S value of different dyes to the wood fiber ranked from big to small as follows: reactive blue KN-R reactive blue X-BR reactive blue K-3R reactive blue M-BE reactive blue M-2GE reactive blue EF-3G; the R, E and F values order as follows: reactive blue M-BE reactive blue M-2GE reactive blue EF-3G reactive blue X-BR reactive blue KN-R reactive blue K-3R. The exhaustion and fixation increased with the increasing of time, except that the exhaustion containing single chlorine-triazine decreased within 10 minues after addition of alkali.
