摘要
研究大跨度现浇楼盖的力学性能和计算模型可以更好的使其运用于工程实践。文章借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别对大跨度蜂巢芯砼空腹楼盖、砼叠合箱网梁楼盖和组合塑料模盒砼空心楼盖进行静力学分析,得到其挠度和应力云图;对某27 m大跨度现浇楼盖进行三维实体建模,研究其在竖向均布荷载下的受力性能,通过分析挠度和应力云图,探讨了大跨度现浇楼盖的计算模型。结果表明:三种楼盖的变形与实心板是一致的,肋间板条与肋梁的变形也基本上一致,三种楼盖的受力性能均类似于实心板,是一种"带肋的板";27 m大跨度现浇楼盖的最大拉应力出现在楼盖板底中心处,楼盖应力分布均匀,其计算模型可以简化成实心板,整体结构可按板柱结构考虑。
Mechanical behavior and calculation model of the large-span Cast-in-situ floor were studied, which can make it better used in engineering practice. Aiming at the large span Honeycombed-core hollow floor,the concrete composite cage beam floor and the combined plastic mold boxes concrete hollow floor,static analysis was analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software,which obtains their deflection and stress nephograms. A three-dimensional solid model of a 27m large-span Cast-in-situ floor was established to study its mechanical behavior under the vertical uniformly distributed load,and its calculation model was studied by analyzing its deflection and stress nephograms. The results show: deformation of three kinds of floor are consistent with the solid plate,deformation of the floor in the middle of rib beams is consistent with rib beams,and their mechanical behavior are all similar to solid plate,which means they are actually "plates with ribs"; the first main stress of the 27m large-span Cast-in-situ floor appears in the bottom center of the floor,the stress of floor is homogeneous distribution,its calculation model can be simplified into solid plate,and its whole structure can be considered according to slab column structure.
