授权型领导研究现状概述 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着全球经济竞争的加剧,以"授权"视角分析、解决个人及组织实际问题的研究方法倍受国内外学者青睐,授权型领导行为的探索也在不断加深.本文对授权型领导的国内外文献进行归纳总结,梳理出了"授权型领导"的内涵和测量方法,接着对国内外相关研究进行整理,以期为未来相关研究提供一定线索与方向.
