摘要
用分馏法通过环己醇脱水制备环己烯,研究了反应温度、碳酸钠的量及干燥时间对环己烯产率的影响,通过正交实验法得到的最佳实验条件为:反应温度75℃,加入碳酸钠的量2 m L,干燥时间1 h,此时环己烯产率可达58.9%。该方法具有操作简便、产率高的特点。
Cyclohexene is synthesized with cyclohexanol by fractional distillation method. The influence of reaction temperature,quantity of sodium carbonate and dry time is discussed. The technological parameters optimized by orthogonal test are as follows: the reaction temperature is 75℃, quantity of sodium carbonate is 2m L and dry time is 1h, the yield of cyclohexene is highest up to 58.9%.This method is convenient and high yield.
