摘要 目的优选肺痨灵合剂的制备工艺。方法根据处方中药材性质的不同,以挥发油提取量为指标,采取水蒸气蒸馏法提取山腊梅;以黄芪甲苷含量为检测指标,通过L9(34)正交实验设计及单因素试验考察,优选其他药材水提取工艺;然后再用乙醇沉淀法除杂,最后采用热处理溶解、吐温-80增溶即得。结果肺痨灵合剂最佳制备工艺为加入5倍处方量水,提取煎煮2次,每次2 h,乙醇醇沉体积分数为60%,热处理时间为20 min,采用1.5%样品量吐温-80进行挥发油增溶。结论优选的肺痨灵合剂制备工艺稳定可行,重复性好,为肺痨灵合剂的开发提供参考。 Objective To optimize the processing technology of Feilaoling Preparation. Methods According to the properties of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in prescription, with the extraction amount of volatile oil as index, the extraction of Chimonanthus nitens was by steam distillation method. And with the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as evaluation index, optimum water extraction technology of other herbal medicine was optimized by orthogonal design of L9(3^4)test and single factor test. Then impurity was removed by ethanol precipitation. Finally, Feilaoling Preparation was obtained by heating the solution of sample extract and promoting dissolution of volatile oil with Tween-80. Results Optimum technology of producing feilaoling mixture was extracted 2 times with 5 times the amount of water for 2 h each time, the concentration of ethanol precipitation was 60%, the boiling time was 20 min, 1.5% Tween-80 was used for solubilizing volatile oil. Conclusion The optimized processing technology of Feilaoling Preparation is stable, feasible and reproducible, it can provide a reference for development of Feilaoling Preparation.
