摘要 目的了解组织支持感对医务人员职业认同度的影响。方法以上海市随机抽样的公立医院医疗人员作为研究对象,发放600份调查问卷,有效问卷553份。采用SPSS 16.0软件,选用组织支持量表,对衡量组织支持感的3个指标支持程度、员工的价值认同程度和利益大小程度对职业认同度的影响进行数据分析。结果群众不认同和政府缺位是上海医院的医务工作者职业认同度低的首要原因。结论建议通过组织层面和个人层面的改善,显著提高医务人员的职业认可度。 Objective To investigate the professional recognition of the medical staff. Methods A sampling of public hospital medical personnel in Shanghai was randomly chosen as the research object, 600 questionnaires were handed out, 553 were valid questionnaires. SPSS 16.0 software was used, and organization support scale was chosen for data analysis of three indicators to measure perceived organizational support: impacting of support degree, the degree of value identity and interest of the staff size degree on the career of the esteemed. Results The results showed that low identity of people and government support were the main factors of poor professional recognition in medical staff in public hospitals in Shanghai. Conclusion It suggests that it is important to improve organizational and personal support to increase professional recognition of medication.
