摘要 背景作为脑桥排尿中枢,巴林顿核(barrington’s nucleus.BN)可通过将神经冲动投射到脊髓交感/副交感节前神经元而调控排尿反射。术后尿潴留作为术后并发症影响术后恢复,而这大多与麻醉镇痛后排尿反射受损有关。目的对BN调控排尿反射与术后尿潴留的关系进行概述。内容阐述BN调控排尿反射的神经元特性、潜在机制及其与术后尿潴留的关系。趋向 由麻醉引起的术后尿潴留正逐渐被人们所重视,BN作为脑桥排尿中枢,在调控排尿反射中起到重要作用。研究BN调控排尿反射的神经元特性、潜在机制及其与术后尿潴留的关系,为术后尿潴留的临床防治新策略研发提供理论依据。 Background The pontine mictufition center, commonly known as Barrington's nucleus (BN), controls micturition reflex through projections to pre-sympathetic output(PSO) and pre-parasympathetic output(PPO) neurons in spinal cord. As the main comp]ic, ation after surgery, postoperative urine retention could affect postoperative recovery and is mostly due to anesthesia. Objective This review focus on the relationship of BN Vegulating micturition reflex and postoperative urine retention. Content It is elaborated in the following aspects: the properties of sympathetic/parasympathetic neurons in BN, the potential mechanism and relationship with urinary function. Trend Patients' urinary function is affected after anesthesia, leading to urinary retention and influencing postoperative recovery. BN, known as the pontine micturition center, plays a very important role in regulating the urinary function. Fully understanding the properties of neuronal in Barrington's nucleus and clarifying its central mechanism and relationship with regulating urinary function would provide novel therapeutic strategies for clinical treatment.
