摘要
简述了酯硬化水玻璃砂的硬化机制和工艺特点,测试了不同配比酯硬化水玻璃砂的抗拉强度,分析了酯硬化水玻璃砂工艺性能的主要影响因素,从环境温度和湿度、原砂质量、水玻璃黏度及其加入量、有机酯的选用探讨了型砂性能的控制方法.生产实践表明,采用新型改性水玻璃和配套有机酯固化剂,可减少水玻璃的加入量,改善型(芯)砂的溃散性,较好地解决普通水玻璃砂难以清砂的问题.
The hardening mechanism and the technological characteristics of ester cured sodium silicate sand were described. The tensile strength of ester cured sodium silicate sand with different proportion were tested, and the main factors influencing the process performance of ester cured sodium silicate sand were analyzed. The control methods of sand properties, including the environment temperature and humidity, the quality of base sand, the viscosity of sodium silicate and its addition and the selection of organic ester, were discussed. Production practice shows that the addition of sodium silicate can be reduced by using a combination of new modified sodium silicate and organic ester, and the collapsibility of mold/core sand would be improved. Thus the removal difficulty for ordinary sodium silicate sand has been solved preferably.
