摘要
研究了一种新型低硅孕育剂,在铸造生产线上进行小批量试验,经过调整后,铸件的金相组织和力学性能均合格,将该孕育剂用于大批量生产,结果铸件的各项性能仍能稳定达标.实践证明:新型低硅孕育剂具有很好的孕育效果,可明显降低铁水中的硅含量,熔炼时可以大幅度提高回炉料的加入量,减少废钢、生铁以及合金的使用量,解决铸造企业大量回炉料消耗难的问题.
A new type of low-silicon inoculant was researched. It was used for trial-produce in small numbers after a little changing of chemical composition, the microstructure and mechanical property of casting products were qualified. The inoculant had been using on producing quantity products. The practice has proven that low-silicon inoculant also has good inoculation effect. It takes less silicon into the liquid iron, so more returns and less steel scrap, pigiron and alloys can be used. The recycled scrap consumption problem in casting enterprises will be solved.
