摘要
分析了30油分底模基体的铸造工艺性,设计了铸件的铸造工艺,使用铸造数值模拟软件AnyCasting模拟了铸件的充型和凝固过程.通过对模拟结果的综合分析,确定了铸件的浇注系统,改进了冷铁与冒口补缩的配合设置,最终得到满足生产要求的最优工艺方案.
The casting usability of 30 oil bottom mold base was analyzed, and its casting process was designed. The filling and solidification process of castings were simulated by AnyCasting. Based on a comprehensive analysis of simulation results, the gating system is determined, the feeding system is improved, and ultimately the best technology solution is got to satisfy the production requirements.
