摘要
为了解决机床缸套铸件上的夹砂、夹渣问题,分析了缺陷产生的原因,详细说明了浇注系统的挡渣原理,结合缸套铸件的实际结构,对原有的浇注系统进行了改进.生产结果表明,采用改进后的浇注系统,铸件夹砂、夹渣缺陷明显减少,其废品率由27.5%降低到4.4%.
In order to solve the scab and slag inclusion in cylinder liner for machine tool, the causes of the defects were analyzed, and the principle of pushing off the slag for gating system was detailed. Combining with the actual structure of cylinder liner, the original gating system was improved. Production results show that the scab and slag inclusion of castings can be lessened significantly by using the improved gating system, and the rejection rate has reduced from 27.5% to 4.4%.
