摘要
目的探讨饮食指导对住院顺产产妇便秘发生的影响。方法选择2012年7月至2013年4月期间在桐庐县妇幼保健院产科顺产的初产妇480例,随机分成两组,其中240例作为对照组,应用常规的护理方法;观察组240例,在常规护理的基础上,进行饮食指导。对比产妇产后1周的排便情况。结果观察组在改善便秘方面显效为98.78%,而对照组在改善便秘方面显效为80.47%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有显统计学意义(x^2=43.225,P<0.05)。结论饮食指导可有效降低产后便秘的发生。
Objective To investigate the influence of dietary guidance on the constipation of hospitalized eutocia mothers. Methods From July 2012 to April 2013 480 primiparas hospitalized in Tonglu County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group with 240 cases provided with conventional care and observation group with 240 cases provided with dietary guidance based on routine care. The defecation one week after birth was compared between two groups. Results In the observation group 98.78% cases had marked effect, and 80.47% cases had marked effect in the control group. The efficacy of the observation group was obviously better than the control group, and the difference was significant （χ^2 = 43. 225, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dietary guidance can reduce the occurrence of postpartum constipation effectively.
