Growth Factors and Radiation Induced Lung Injury

摘要 作为胸部放疗的主要剂量限制因素,放射性肺损伤一直是临床工作亟待克服的难题。全文主要就放射性肺损伤及其相关生长因子的研究作一综述,以期为后续探索提供参考。 As a major dose limiting factor of thoracic radiotherapy,radiationinduced lung injury has been considered as a serious clinical problem for a long time. In recent years, much progress has been made in studies on the mechanism of this disease. We hereby review the literature on the studies of growth factors related to radiationinduced lung injury,in order to provide a reference for future exploration.
