某13级轴流压气机加零级气动优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 以成熟压气机为基础,通过加零级设计来增加质量流量或提高压比以得到满足新要求的压气机,可以很大程度上缩短设计周期、增加设计可靠性、降低设计成本。本文在某13级轴流压气机基础上,采用模化加零级设计方案提高压比。通过反复迭代计算确定零级设计方案,成功地将原13级轴流压气机流量提高9.5%、压比提高18%,加零级后新设计的压气机与原13级轴流压气机匹配良好,加级后压气机性能稳定,改型达到预期要求。 In the new multi-stage compressor design process, in order to shorten the design cycle, increase design reliability and reduce design costs, compressor zero-staging is an effective way to increase both the pressure ratio and the mass flow rate. Based on the original 13-stage axial-compressor, zero-staging is used to improve the design pressure ratio in this paper. Calculated to determine the final design through iterative, the original 13-stage axial-compressor mass flow successfully improved by 9.5% , the pressure ratio increased by 18%. Through the numerical simulations and the above analysis, we can conclude that the resultant compressor met the new working condition requirements with good match operating characteristics. The zero stage has improved the base compressor operating characteristics and stability.
