The problem of the old people in our country represents not only all kinds of typical prob-lems of the world but also the featutes of its own . It has the long-historical cultural tradition of respecting, feeling and supporting the old people. On the other hand, in the turning point of our country's economy, the problem of aged people should be studied carefully. During this period, many new issues appear con-stantly.
