摘要
用RT-PCR法获得了绵羊皮肤的鸟苷酸环化酶完整CDS区,其长度为1 860 bp,与其他哺乳动物相比,高度保守。通过对其结构域分析,发现绵羊鸟氨酸环化酶(GC)编码区存在环化酶同源性结构域(CHD)、血红素一氧化氮结合位点(HNOB)和相关血红素一氧化氮结合位点(HNOBA),这些结构域分别发挥其催化功能以及在细胞内转导下游信号的功能。
The full CDS region of guanylate cyclase (GC)from sheep skin was obtained by RT-PCR. The size of CDS of GCwas 1 860 bp, which showed high homology with that of other mammalians and so it was highly conservative highly. The domain offull CDS region of GC was analyzed by prediction.The results showed that amino acids contained cyclase homology domain( CHD ),which played roles in catalytic mechanism of the protein . hemo NO binding sites (HNOB)and hemo NO binding sites associated(HNOBA), which participated in the transduction of the downstream signals in cells.
