重庆3个鸡场土壤肠道菌分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析

摘要 为了解鸡场土壤菌群数量、肠道菌群种类及其致病性、耐药性,从重庆市荣昌县3个鸡场土壤样品中分离鉴定出9株肠道细菌,有7株肠杆菌科菌:肺炎克雷伯菌、产气肠杆菌、粘质沙雷菌(S.marcescens)、沙门菌、弗格森埃希菌(E.fergusonii)、结肠炎耶尔森菌、普通变形菌(P.vulgaris);弧菌科细菌2株,分别是类志贺邻单胞菌(P.shigelloide)、温和气单胞菌(A.sobria)。9种菌对10日龄雏鸡和白鲢鱼有致病性。9种菌的药物敏感性试验结果显示,温和气单胞菌对选用的多种抗生素均敏感,但沙门菌和弗格森埃希菌等对阿莫西林、氨苄西林等药物有抗性;有5株菌显示多重耐药。3个鸡场土壤样本细菌总数均超出国标规定的清洁土壤标准。 To study the farm intestinal bacteria populations in soil and the pathogenicity to antibiotics of pathogenic bacteria, 9intestinal bacteria of soil were identified from soil samples collected from 3 chicken farms in Tonggu town. It identified 7 enterobacteriaceaebacteria, includes K.pnenmoniae E. Aerogenes S. Marcescens S.gallinarum E.fergusonii Y.enterocolitica P.vulgaris, and also showed 2vibrionaceae bacteria, includes P.shigelloide and A.sobria. The results shows that 9 kinds of bacteria had pathogenicity in 10-day-oldchicken and silver carps. The resistance tests to antibiotics of pathogenic enterobaeteriaceae were carried out and the results showed A.sobria was resistant to most of the drugs. S.gallinarum and E.fergusonii were resistant to drugs like amoxieillin and ampieill.Five kindsof bacteria showed multiple antibiotic resistance. The amount of bacteria in soil samples of three chicken farms all exceeded the NationalStandard of clean soil.
