摘要
M701F3燃气轮机轮间温度高报警威胁着机组运行的安全性与经济性,其重要影响因素之一是密封保持环后流侧与静叶之间磨损.阐述了技术改造的必要性与主旨方案,介绍了关键工艺技术与施工技术,解决了机床精度及数控、车刀及钻具创制等技术短板问题,对制造加工工艺及标准进行了适用性改进,对M701F3燃气轮机2~4级密封保持环进行了改造,取得了密封保持环本地化加工与制造技术突破,具有较好的推广价值与前景.
The high disc temperature (DCT) of M701 F3 gas turbine which is caused by the wear and tear on the downstream side of seal ring housing threatens the security and economical efficiency of the unit operation. In this paper, the necessity and scheme for the technical retrofit are expounded with detailed key processing and constructing techniques. The technical difficulties encountered such as the accuracy of machine tools, and the innovation of computer numerical control, lathe and cutting tools, as well as drill stems and heads, are solved with the manufacturing technique and standards improved. In addition, the modifications of the seal ring housings from the second to fourth stages turn out to be a big breakthrough in local manufacturing techniques, which will have very promising prospects to popularize.
