摘要
以浙江某燃煤电厂4×300 MW机组为例,对湿除渣系统运行现状进行了分析,对减少除渣系统补充水量的工艺进行了研究。实践结果表明:投加适量的阻垢剂可以有效控制循环渣水系统结碳酸钙垢,所采用的渣水冷却器可有效降低循环渣水温度,满足生产要求。所建渣水闭式循环系统大幅减少了冲渣补充水量,减少了废水排放,经济、环境效益明显。
In this paper, the current operation state of the wet slag disposal system of four 300-MW units in a coal-fired power plant of Zhejiang is analyzed, and the study on flushing slag water reduction of the slag disposal system is carried out. The practical results indicate that the formation of calcium carbonate scale can be constrained effectively by adding an appropriate amount of scale inhibitors to the slag water circulating system, and the circulating flushing slag water can be cooled down by using a water cooler. By building the enclosed slag water circulating system, both the make-up and discharged wastewater are greatly reduced, which exhibits significant economic and environmental benefits.
