摘要
蒜头果蛋白(malanin)是从广西、云南特有植物蒜头果中分离、纯化出的一种新的、具有抗肿瘤活性的植物蛋白质.采用变性十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)测定malanin的相对分子质量.结果表明,malanin是一种双链蛋白质,由A、B 2条肽链通过二硫键连接而成,其相对分子质量约为65.94×103.方法具有简单、快速、直观的特点.
Malanin,a novel plant protein with anti-tumor activities,was isolated and purified from an endemic plant of malania oleifera in Guangxi and Yunnan provinces. The relative molecular mass of malanin was determined by the denaturing sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis( SDS-PAGE). The result has showed that malanin is a protein with two chains,chain-A and chain-B,which are cross-linked by one or two disulfide bonds,and its relative molecular mass is about 65 94 × 103. SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis is a simple,fast,direct-viewing method to determine the relative molecular mass of malanin.
