推动吉林省民营经济创新发展的对策

On the Countermeasures of Promoting the Innovation Development of the Private Economy in Jilin Province

党的十八届三中全会首次提出,使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用,深化经济体制改革,这必然为民营经济带来新一轮蓬勃发展的机遇。吉林省民营经济只有创新发展才有生存空间和立足之地。本文针对吉林省民营经济创新发展存在的"四个不够"、"六多六少"和"六个困难"等问题,提出了树立创新理念和培育创业精神,培养和引进创新型人才,营造公平、和谐、宽松的发展环境,选择适合发展的产业和经营方式以及适时转型和提升传统产业的创新发展等对策。

In the 3rd plenary session of the 18 th central committee,our party first put forward that to make the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources and deepen the reform of economic system,which will certainly bring the private economy a new round of development opportunities.The private economy in Jilin province can only have a living space for innovation development.In the light of the existing problems of the private economy in Jilin province which are ＂the four not-enough＂,＂the six-more and six-less＂ and ＂the six difficulties＂,this article puts forward the following countermeasures：to establish the concept of innovation and cultivate the entrepreneurship,to train and introduce the innovative talents,to create a fair,harmonious and loose atmosphere of development,to choose the industries and business mode which is suitable for the development,and to transform and promote the innovation development of traditional industries in good time.
