基于智能终端的心血管疾病诊断设备前端设计

Design of front-end device for CVD diagnosis based on cortex-M3

随着移动智能设备,智能手机、平板电脑等的普及,将其用于健康监护已成为可能。介绍了一种基于智能设备的心血管疾病前端系统设计,可方便的用作先心病普查及日常监护设备,前端设备以TFT触摸屏做为人机交互媒介,STM32为主控制模块,控制A/D采集经预处理电路通过传感器采集输出的心音信号,实现PCG信号的触摸屏显示,蓝牙传输,SD卡存储;依靠现代信号处理技术和数据挖掘的方法对心音信号进行分析处理,并最终提取信号的病理特征,以达到自识别正常异常心音信号为目的。经测试该设备正常实现心音信号的采集,与蓝牙设备的信息交互及SD卡存储,触摸屏作为人机交互的媒介,使得设备整体可视性好,人机交互流畅,符合智能移动终端设备的发展趋势。

With the help of the popularization of the mobile device,such as smart phone,Pad,and etc.make a fair chance to the health care.A kind of front-end device for CVD（cardiovascular disease）diagnosis was presented in this paper.This system can be easily used as CHD（congenital heart disease）early diagnosis and the patient monitoring device.The front-end embedded device takes TFT touch screen as the interactive media,and bases on the cortex-m3 which controls A/D to collect the heart sound signals from preprocess circuit by HKY-06BPCG（phonocardiogram）sensor.It realizes the PCG signals displayed on the touch screen,the wireless transmission by Bluetooth and the SD card as the storage medium.The end goal of this system is to achieve the automatic identification between normal and abnormal PCG signals on smart device.The modern technology of signal processing and the data mining will be used to extract further more abnormal PCG feather information.The system has realized the collection and storage of PCG signals,wireless transmission with other Bluetooth device,the interaction by the touch screen which give us a fluent visibility and interaction feeling,all of which make the system did a good job.It takes a way to the trend of the development of smart mobile terminal equipment directly.
