困难性结直肠息肉76例内镜治疗分析

Analysis on 76 Cases of Difficult Colon Polyps and Treatment Techniques

目的：探讨困难性结直肠息肉内镜下特点及治疗技巧。方法采用内镜下黏膜切除术（EMR）摘除困难性结直肠息肉。结果76例患者133枚息肉均为一次性完全切除，2例出现迟发性出血，无即刻及迟发性穿孔发生。结论根据困难性结直肠息肉的不同类型，灵活合理地联合使用多种治疗技术，可以完整、安全地切除病灶，避免并发症的发生，具有多方面的优点，值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the endoscopic features of difficult colon polyps and treatment techniques. Methods Using the technology of endoscopic mucosal resection （EMR） to cut difficult polyps. Results 76 patients with 133 polys are one time completely resected, 2 cases of delayed hemorrhage, no immediate and delayed perforation. Conclusion According to different types of difficult colon polyps, using numerous treatment technology flexibly and reasonably, can resect lesions completely and safely, and avoid the occurrence of complications. This method has many advantages, and is worth clinical promotion.
