摘要
我国中小外贸企业自改革开放以来,无论在规模还是数量上都取得了长足的进步,成为国民经济发展中的一支重要力量。然而在后金融危机时代,许多中小外贸企业缺乏一个合理的战略定位,且国际、国内环境都发生了重大的改变,阻碍了其进一步的发展。中小外贸企业必须定位于目标集聚战略:调整地理方向,集中于特定市场;增强产品竞争优势,集中于某一消费群体;向高附加值环节转型,集中于价值链的某些特定环节。通过此战略定位,帮助中小外贸企业在新的环境下获得持续的竞争优势,在竞争中立于不败之地。
In the post financial crisis era, many small and medium -sized foreign trade enterprises do not have a reasonable strategic position, and the international and national environments changed a lot, which hinder the fur- ther development. The small and medium - sized foreign trade enterprises must bear a target concentration strategy : to adjust the geographical direction, focusing on a specific market; to enhance the product competitive advantage, focusing on some certain consumer group; to attach more importance to high -added value, focusing on some spe- cific step of the value chain.
