摘要
反思型教学是教师对自己的教学行为进行思考,对自己在教学中存在的问题不断进行回顾,以期达到教学过程的合理化和教学效果的最优化。文章介绍了反思的方法、手段、过程,注重理论和实践的有机结合,对笔者在大学英语教学中发现的问题进行了反思型教学实践。反思性教学实践有利于教师对于自己的教学行为进行深层次思考与反省,有利于提高教学质量,有利于提升专业和职业发展水平,促进教师专业发展。
Reflective teaching involves teachers' reflection on their own teaching and constant review of the prob- lems existing in their own teaching in an attempt to reach the rationalization of teaching process and optimization of teaching effect. The paper introduces reflective approaches, means and process and places emphasis on the combi- nation of theory and practice. Reflective teaching practice is implemented according to the problem identified in college English teaching. Reflective teaching practice facilitates teachers' reflection on their own teaching actions at a deeper level, improvement of teaching quality and teachers' professional development.
