4种农药对转Cry 2A基因水稻毒蛋白表达及氮代谢酶活性的影响

摘要 以转Cry 2A基因水稻为材料,在盆栽试验条件下研究4种农药(吡蚜酮、井冈霉素、三唑磷和氯虫苯甲酰胺)不同浓度于分蘖期、孕穗期和抽穗期施用后转基因水稻的Bt毒蛋白含量、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性和谷丙转氮酶(GPT)活性的变化。结果表明:在分蘖期,4种农药处理均显著降低Bt毒蛋白含量,且随着处理浓度的加大而下降更为明显,GOT和GPT活性也不同程度的下降。至孕穗和抽穗期,这种影响逐渐减弱。相关性分析表明,水稻植株GOT、GPT活性与同时期Bt毒蛋白含量呈正相关。由此推断,农药处理导致转Cr3,2A基因水稻Bt毒蛋白含量下降与植株体内氮代谢改变有关。 The Cry 2A-transformed rice line planted in plastic pots at the stage of tillering,booting,and heading were treated respectively with four pesticides(pymetrozine,validamycin,triazophos,and chlorantraniliprole) at different concentrations.Changes of the contents of Bt toxin,the activities of GOT and GPT of treated rice plants were investigated in this paper.The results showed that,treated with these four pesticides at tillering stage,the content of Bt toxin in rice plants decreased significantly,and this effect was concentration dependent.Meanwhile,the activities of GOT and GPT in treated rice plants were also reduced.When treated at booting,and heading stage,pesticide—treated effect described above was weakened gradually.Furthermore,there was a positive correlation between the content of Bt toxin and the the activities of GOT and GPT.Thus,the decreased content of Bt toxin after pesticides applications was connected with the changes of metabolites of nitrogen in Cry 2A-transformed rice plants.
