蚓粪对意杨插条根系发育及幼芽生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以不加蚓粪土壤为对照,设置不同配比蚓粪土壤的盆栽试验,研究添加蚓粪对意杨插条根系发育及幼芽生长的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,添加不同比例的蚓粪处理可显著提高土壤中氮、磷、钾等元素含量,明显改善土壤的理化性质;显著增加意杨插条根长、根表面积、根体积、根尖数(根条数);显著促进意杨插条芽苞萌发和幼芽生长,增加茎叶重;显著提高意杨插条的幼芽中氮、磷、钾的累积量,有利于植物体的构建与进一步生长。在试验条件下,蚓粪与土样质量比,大田生产可采用1:20;苗床生产可提高至1:5,甚至可采用全蚓粪进行育苗。 In order to investigate the effects of vermicompost on root development and budlet growth of poplar cuttings,the different mixture ratios of vermicompost with soil were conducted in pot experiments,with the soil without vermicompost as control.Results showed that vermicompost improved the soil physical chemistry property and promoted the poplar cutting rooting and root growth.Compared with the control,the length,surface area,tips numbers and volume of the root were significantly increased in the treatments with different ratios of vermicompost and soil.And vermicompost was benefit to improve the cutting bud germinate and budlet growth.Vermicompost also significantly improved the N,P,K accumulation of poplar stem,which were helpful in later poplar growth.
