少数民族姓名中间隔号的标准化探讨

Discussion on Standardization for the Separation Dot in the Name of Ethnic Minorities

到目前为止,少数民族姓名中的间隔号尚没有国家标准。对有关少数民族姓名的计算机数据进行统计后发现,少数民族姓名中的间隔号有多种不同的字符,有些是不规范的,还有些是错误的。由于部分Unicode编码字符不能正确地映射到ANSI编码中的原因,当从Word等软件中把一些Unicode编码的点字符复制粘贴到需要输入的地方时,会出现编码映射错误,有可能导致一些程序运行异常。经过研究和探讨,从计算机的点字符编码中,选择出了少数民族姓名中的间隔号的标准。在实际应用中,需要在少数民族姓名中检测出非标准的间隔号字符,并进行标准化。

So far, there is no national standard for the separation dot in the name of ethnic minorities. Statistics for some data with the name of ethnic minoritiesconcerned, we found there are many different separation dot in these names, some non-standard, and some incorrect.Because of some of Unicode characters that cannot be correctly mapped to the ANSI encoding, the error of code mapping may happen when the dot character is copied from the software such as Word and is pasted to a place where it need to enter, and this may lead to some programs appear abnormal.By the research and discussion, we give the code standard of separation dot. In practical applications we need to find these non-standard separation dots, and standardize it.
